Aloha! I am Tyler Quinn and this will be my first year at Columbine Elementary. This will be my 7th year teaching PE and I am so excited to be joining the Columbine Crew. Originally from Virginia, I went to Shenandoah University where I got my degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education while playing lacrosse during my time there. I taught in the Northern Virginia area for 3 years before we decided to make the move out to Colorado and have loved every bit of it. For the past 3 years I taught in Jeffco and finally made the switch to DPS to be on the same schedule as my wife.
Outside of school I enjoy a variety of ways to stay active, really whatever sounds fun in the moment, cooking, or more specifically baking bread and making pizza, and of course spending quality time with my wife Alexis and our dog Troy.
