Hello Columbine Community!
We are halfway through our 3rd day of school for Kinder-5th grade and our 1st day of school for our ECE crews!
This has been an incredibly strong start to a year. The building is bursting with learning and joy. Simultaneously, students are rising to high expectations throughout the building and showing LEAP already throughout our spaces.
On Friday morning, we will all engage in our first whole-school crew circle in the gym. This is where all of our crews come together in the gym and we kick off our LEAP focus for the month. In August we focus on learning ALL traits in LEAP (Leadership, Empathy, Ambition, and Positive Mindset). We will greet each crew, talk about LEAP at Columbine and (if we are lucky) we will be visited by our Cougar Mascot Clyde!
On Friday at dismissal we are in for a COOL DOWN treat. Our amazing partners and friends at
